On February 25 2026, Wellex AS, a company associated with Glenn Åsland, COO and
primary insider of Soiltech ASA, sold 247,527 shares at an average price of NOK
82 per share in Soiltech ASA. After the sale Wellex AS holds 347 147 shares in
Soiltech ASA.
