TS Shipping Invest AS – Successful listing of bond issue

TS Shipping Invest AS (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has
successfully listed the bonds issued by the Company under the initial issue
("Initial Issue") of senior unsecured USD 150,000,000 bonds as part of the "TS
Shipping Invest AS 7.50% USD 250,000,000 senior unsecured bonds 2025/2030" with
ISIN NO0013673921, on Nordic ABM as of 24 February 2026.

Attached is the Bond Terms, as well as the Admission Document and Loan
Description prepared in connection with the listing.
