Based on higher profit, strong cash flow and a healthy balance sheet, the Board

share. The dividend represents a payout of approximately 95% of Atea's net
profit after tax in 2025.
Atea CEO Steinar Sønsteby commented: "2025 has been an excellent year for Atea,
with high growth rates across all lines of business. Our market position is
stronger than ever, as seen by the large new contracts we have won over the last
year. Our company has also developed its internal capabilities, and we have
taken major steps to enhance our operations in multiple business areas. I would
like to congratulate all of our 8,000-plus employees for a job well done, and
look forward to building on our momentum into the coming year."
