Lifecare ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to announcements made by Lifecare ASA (the "Company") on 23
January 2026 and 29 January 2026 regarding the allocation of in total 940,261
shares and 1,410,392 warrants to Hans Hekland, board member of the Company, in
a rights issue and as settlement of his entitlement to underwriting commission
as an underwriter of the rights issue. The Company has been informed that all
such shares and warrants that were allocated to Hans Hekland have been agreed
transferred to Hannibal Invest AS, a company closely associated with Hans
Hekland.
The transfer does not affect the total number of issued shares or warrants in
the Company.
