29. January 2026. Reference is made to previous stock exchange notices regarding
the ongoing
restructuring process in Hynion AS (“Hynion” or the "Company").
Hynion has today entered into a settlement agreement with the Swedish credit
investor Bizcap AB and associated co-investors. The settlement agreement is
bound by confidentiality measures.
Hynion has also reached an agreement with Eminova Fondkomission AB with regard
to debt owed by the Company.
Following these agreements a successful restructuring is expected to be
concluded. Hynion will update the market in due course with further details.
