Hynion: Decision to proceed with filing for bankruptcy

Oslo, 18. January. Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of Hynion AS
(the «Company» or «Hynion») with regard to the critical financial situation and
latest restructuring update.

Hynion has not been able to reach a conclusive agreement with Bizcap AB and
Gerhard Dahl within the finite deadline set out by the board.


Accordingly, the Company has decided to file for bancrupcty and halt trading in
