12 January 2026 - Isabella Alveberg, board member of SmartCraft ASA, has bought
on 12 January 2026 3500 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 25.7000.

After the transaction, Mrs. Alveberg holds 4,075 shares in SmartCraft ASA.
