Aker ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

January 12, 2026 - Håkon Enerstvedt, a person closely associated with Sofie
Valdersnes and employee of Aker BP ASA (Aker BP), has today sold 1,000 shares
in Aker BP.

Following the transaction, Håkon Enerstvedt owns a total of 976 shares in Aker
BP and no shares in Aker ASA.

The Aker BP shares are considered to be linked to the shares in Aker ASA, cf.
the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") article 19.
