Pål Reiulf Olsen, Chairman of the Board and primary insider of Endúr ASA
("Endúr"), has, through his wholly owned company Poca Invest AS, on 22 December
2025 purchased 5,000 shares in Endúr at a price of NOK 87.30 per share.
Following the transaction, Pål Reiulf Olsen and his close associate holds
161,399 shares in Endúr.

Jeppe Raaholt, CEO and primary insider of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"), has, through his
wholly owned company Råbjørn AS, on 22 December 2025 purchased 2,000 shares in
Endúr at a price of NOK 87.30 per share. Following the transaction, Jeppe
Raaholt and his close associate holds 320,857 shares and 680,000 share options
in Endúr.

Einar Olsen, CFO and primary insider of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"), has, through his
wholly owned company Red Devil Holding AS, on 22 December 2025 purchased 2,000
shares in Endúr at a price of NOK 87.30 per share. Following the transaction,
Einar Olsen and his close associate holds 94,000 shares and 450,000 share
options in Endúr.

Hanne Snipen, CAO and primary insider of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"), has on 22 December
2025 exercised 5,000 share options in Endúr at a strike price of NOK 41.25 per
share. Following the transaction, Hanne Snipen holds 10,565 shares and 10,000
share options in Endúr.
