18 December 2025 - As communicated at the third quarter 2025 report 4 November
2025, SmartCraft has made an organizational shift from a country-based structure
to a business area-driven structure with four business areas and corresponding
financial segments as of 1 October 2025.
The evolution builds on SmartCraft's proven product-led strategy and is aligned
with requirements and expectations of the company's customer groups. This
approach enables SmartCraft to accelerate execution and strengthen its scalable
platform for international growth. In addition, this new structure enhances
transparency and provides clearer insight into the performance of SmartCraft.
SmartCraft will adopt the new segment structure starting with the fourth quarter
2025 report. Historical quarterly financial data for the new segments for the
period from Q1 2023 to Q3 2025 follows enclosed as a PDF. The data can be
downloaded in Excel format from SmartCraft's IR web
(https://smartcraft.com/investor-relations/).
