Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd.: SSV Catarina Exercise of 3rd Optional Well

December 10, 2025 - Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased
to announce that our customer, Eni Indonesia, has exercised the drilling and
completion of the third of four optional wells in Indonesia for the
semisubmersible drilling rig, SSV Catarina.

The exercise of this third optional well is expected to keep the rig utilized
through the second quarter of 2026 and it further increases the firm backlog
of the Company by approximately $20 million. Further exercise by Eni of the
remaining optional well in Indonesia could keep the rig utilized into Q3 2026.
