Horisont Energi AS: Mandatory notification of trade

Sandnes, Norway, 6th of December 2025, Horisont Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI).


Reference is made to the stock exchange notice earlier today regarding the
extraordinary general meeting of Horisont Energi AS(the "Company") that took
place on the 5th of December 2025, where the shareholders approved the share
capital increase by issuance of shares by contribution in kind.



As part of the share issuance, NOS Group AS, a close associate of the board
member and primary insider Bjørn Rygg, subscribed for 13,946,428 shares in the
Company. Please see the attached form for further details.
