NRC Group ASA - Cancellation of contract (NOK 32 million) in Norway

Reference is made to announcement of 23 October 2025, in which it was informed
that NRC Norge AS (NRC) was

appointed to a civil contract with Nordreisa Municipality covering ground,
foundation and construction work.

NRC has today received notice from Nordreisa Municipality that the contract has
been cancelled due to the lack of necessary financing.
