Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Erling Gresvoll Olsen, Chief Service Officer of Goodtech ASA, has on 14 November
2025 sold 66,000 shares in Goodtech at an average price of NOK 9.30 per share.

133,066 shares were allocated to the primary insider in June 2025 as part of
Goodtech ASA’s Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) program. In accordance with the
program terms, the participant is permitted to sell up to 50% of the allocated
RSUs within six months of receipt to cover tax obligations arising from the
share allocation.

After this transaction Erling Gresvoll Olsen owns 156,237 shares in Goodtech.
