Aider Konsern AS appoints EY as new auditor

The Board of Directors of Aider Konsern AS has completed the previously
announced tender process for the selection of a new group auditor. Following a
thorough evaluation, the Board has resolved to appoint EY as the Company’s new
auditor, starting with the financial year 2025.
