EAM Solar AS: End of subscription period and preliminary results in the rights issue

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by EAM
Solar AS (the "Company") regarding the rights issue of up to 20 000 000 new
shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each with a nominal value of NOK 1.0
at a subscription price of NOK 1.0 per Offer Share (the "Subscription Price"),
to raise gross proceeds of NOK 20 million (the "Rights Issue").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") expired
today, 27 October 2025 at 16:30 hours (CET). Preliminary results indicate that
the Company has received subscriptions for a total of approximately 12 671 240
Offer Shares.

The final result of allocation of Offer Shares is expected to be published
tomorrow, 28 October 2025, and notification of allocated Offer Shares and the
corresponding subscription amount to be paid by each subscriber is expected to
be made available in the VPS on or about 28 October 2025. The due date for
payment of the Offer Shares is 30 October 2025.

Norne Securities AS has been engaged as settlement agent and Ro Sommernes
advokatfirma DA is acting as legal advisor to the Company.
