EAM Solar AS: Rights Issue – Minimum Subscription Amount Exceeded

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by EAM Solar AS
(the "Company") on 17 September 2025 regarding the ongoing rights issue (the
"Rights Issue"), and on 1 October 2025 regarding the minutes of the
Extraordinary General Meeting.

As of Monday, 20 October 2025, the Company has received subscriptions for shares
exceeding the announced minimum subscription amount.

Due to the material information published by the Company yesterday, 20 october
2025, the subscription period has been extended. The extended subscription
period in the Rights Issue will continue as previously announced until 24
October 2025 at 16:30 CET. The Board retains the authority to close the
subscription period earlier than 24 October 2025 at its discretion.
