Huddly AS – Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, 15 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") on 1 October 2025 regarding
notice of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company. The extraordinary
general meeting was held today on 15 October 2025 at 10:00 CEST.

The extraordinary general meeting resolved to (i) re-elect Jon Øystein Eriksen
as chair of the board, (ii) re-elect Jostein Devold as a board member, and (iii)
re-elect Kristian Kolberg as a board member, all three with a term until the
Company’s annual general meeting in 2026.

meeting.
