Christian Arndt Appointed New CFO

After 26 years with Color Group AS, CFO Bjørn Paulsen (72) has decided to
retire. Paulsen has played a central role in the company’s development and has
been a key figure behind its financial stability and growth.
Under Paulsen’s leadership, Color Group has successfully navigated challenging
periods, such as the financial crisis and the pandemic, emerging stronger with
solid results. He leaves behind a robust and sustainable financial foundation
for the future. The Board wishes to express its deep gratitude for Paulsen’s
tireless dedication, wise decisions, and inspiring leadership.
Paulsen will continue to contribute to the company’s future development through
his role as a board member of Color Group / Color Line.
New CFO: Christian Arndt
The Board of Color Group AS has appointed Christian Arndt (55) as the new CFO.
Arndt has been part of the company since 1999 and has served as Finance Director
since 2013. He brings extensive industry experience and strong expertise in
finance and strategy, and over the years has gained deep insight into the
company’s operations, values, and goals.
New Finance Manager: Andreas Ringen
At the same time, Andreas Ringen (41) has been appointed Finance Manager at
Color Group AS. He will combine this role with his current position as Portfolio
Manager at O.N. Sunde AS.
