Infront AS - Infront AS appoints new CEO

Oslo 2 October 2025: Infront AS ("Infront") announces that Zlatko Vucetic has
resigned from his role as CEO of Infront. The board of directors of Infront
thanks Zlatko for his significant contributions and leadership, and wishes him
every success in his future endeavours.

Enrique Sacau has been appointed as the new CEO of Infront and will take the
role from 6 October 2025.

Enrique brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with
deep expertise in funds, wealth management technology, and data. He most
recently served as CEO of Kneip and Europe CEO at FNZ, and has held senior
leadership roles in both private equity-backed and publicly listed companies
across Europe and globally. Enrique is also the non-executive chair of fintech
Next Gate Tech.
