LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA: Disclosure of shareholding

11 September 2025: Karbon Invest AS (“Karbon Invest”) has today sold 15,945,105
shares in LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the “Company”), representing 5.31% of
the share capital and votes in the Company at a price of NOK 33.50 per share. In
addition, Jens Rugseth has, through his wholly owned company Rugz AS, sold
500,000 shares and other parties affiliated with Karbon Invest have sold 523,739
shares at the same price per share for a total transaction size of 16,968,844
shares with gross proceeds to the vendors of NOK 568 million (the
“Transaction”).
Following completion of the Transaction, Karbon Invest, Jens Rugseth and the
other parties selling shares in the Transaction will no longer hold any shares
in the Company. Karbon Invest will thereby cross below the mandatory
notification threshold of 5% set out in section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act. Karbon Invest is represented on the Board of Directors in the
Company by Jens Rugseth. Karbon Invest is indirectly controlled by Jens Rugseth.
Karbon Invest is directly controlled by Rugz AS and Rugz II AS, companies
directly controlled by Mr. Rugseth.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the
Transaction.
The disclosures set out in this announcement are subject to the disclosure
requirement pursuant to sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
