Spir Group ASA: Interim CFO Line Cecilie Stenseth appointed permanent CFO at Spir Group

Oslo, 29 August 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Spir Group ASA (the "Company") on 10 February 2025, where it was
announced that Line Cecilie Stenseth had been appointed to the role as Interim
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Spir Group, effective 15 May 2025.

The Company is pleased to inform that Line Cecilie Stenseth has been appointed
as Spir Group’s permanent CFO effective from 1 September 2025.
