Ayfie International AS – H1 2025: Ayfie repositioned

Oslo, 28 August, 2025: Ayfie International AS (AIX) has repositioned during the
first half of 2025 to professionalize the organization and create leverage for
future growth.
 
The technological platform has been upgraded and provides a secure and compliant
solution for using a number of available AI language models on internal and
sensitive data.
 
Ayfie is a RAG solution (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation). RAG is the mediator
between large language models (LLM), such as ChatGPT, and internal company data
that an open LLM will not, and should not, have access to.  AI adoption is
accelerating and the market for RAG solutions is expected to grow by 49.9 %
according to market.us
 
A new model for handling strategic partnerships has been developed and
implemented. Ayfie works closely with strategic partners to ensure that their
sales organizations are trained and supported to sell solutions were Ayfie is
integrated in the partner’s own solutions. Ayfie now has a trained distribution
force of more than 100 salespeople employed by our partners. Key strategic
partners include Crayon, Canon, Frend, Deloitte and Arribatec, and Ayfie is
actively engaged in onboarding further partners.   
 
Ayfie has strengthened the organization by the appointment of Sindre Johansen as
Chief Commercial Officer in January and Hege Nikolaisen as Chief Operating
Officer in August. They bring with them valuable experience from enterprise
software sales and implementation, marketing and scaling of tech organizations.
 
Ayfie International AS reports revenues in the first half of 2025 of MNOK 6.6
compared to MNOK 8.7 in the same period last year. The reduction in revenues was
due to a change in the customer mix and implementation of the new
go-to-market-model. EBITDA ended at MNOK -12.7 (MNOK -11.1). Following a
successful private placement in May, cash and cash equivalents amounted to MNOK
17.6 on 30 June 2025 (MNOK 12.9). Total equity on 30 June 2025 was MNOK 9.4
(MNOK 3.8), with an equity ratio of 50.0 %.
