Grieg Seafood ASA appoints Nina Willumsen Grieg as permanent CEO

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Grieg Seafood ASA ("the Company") has
appointed Nina Willumsen Grieg as the permanent CEO of the Company. Willumsen
Grieg has been the interim CEO since 30 March 2025.
