Argeo ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Argeo ASA from trading on
Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.10.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs
has on 13 August 2025 made the following resolution: "The shares in Argeo ASA
will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 14 August 2025. The last day of
listing will be 13 August 2025."
