REC Silicon - Proposal for board composition

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by REC Silicon ASA (the
"Company") on 17 July 2025, in which notice was given of an extraordinary
general meeting to be held on 7 August 2025 at 15:00 CEST, to resolve the
election of new board members.
