XXL ASA – Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of XXL ASA from trading on Euronext
Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.10.2 (2), Oslo Børs has on 18 July
2025 made the following resolution: " The shares in XXL ASA will be delisted
from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 22 July 2025. The last day of trading will be 21
July 2025."
