Kjetil Fennefoss appointed as new CEO for Doro AB

Oslo, 6 July 2025 -- Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora") today announces that
the Board of Directors of Doro AB have reached a mutual agreement with Julian
Read, CEO of Doro AB, for him to step down from his position.

The Boards of Doro AB and Xplora ASA would like to thank Julian Read for his
leadership and his significant contributions to Doro's development. We wish
him all the best in his future endeavors.

Kjetil Fennefoss has been appointed CEO of Doro AB, effective immediately.
Fennefoss brings extensive experience from the telecom and technology sectors,
having held senior leadership roles at Telenor and Millicom prior to joining
Xplora as Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
