OKGL Change in the composition of the Management Board

Okechamp Global B.V. (the Company) is informing about the change in the
composition of the Management Board:
Mr. Piotr Pirogowski, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, resigned from all
his duties as the management board member of the Company, effective at
20.06.2025.
He will serve as Financial Director of the Company and the subsidiaries:
Okechamp S.A. (Poland) and Okechamp B.V. (The Netherlands) until 27.06.2025, and
will take a leave of absence in July-August.
Mr. Piotr Pirogowski's resignation from his functions and employment with
Okechamp Global B.V. and the subsidiaries is his personal decision.

The Supervisory Board of Okechamp Holding B.V. (the sole shareholder of the
Company) is currently proceeding with the terms of employment with a successful
candidate for the role of the CFO. The expected date for the candidate to take
up his duties is 01.09.2025.

In the period between 27.06.2025 - 31.08.2025, the duties of Financial Director
and Power of Attorney for the Company are taken over by Mr. Slawomir Mirkowski,
Director of Accounting, Reporting and Treasury of Okechamp Global B.V. and
Okechamp Holding B.V.
