Xplora Technologies AS Release and first customer orders of HMD Fusion X1 smartphone

Oslo, 5 June 2025 -- Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora") announces the release
and it's first customer orders of the HMD Fusion X1 smartphone.

The HMD Fusion X1 is the first product developed as part of the strategic
partnership between Xplora and HMD, which was announced on 29 October 2024.
The device addresses the urgent challenges of teenagers' digital habits, the
need for parental control, online safety, and more responsible smartphone use.
