OBOS BBL and OBOS Aksjeinvesteringer AS

Mandatory Notification (of trade primary insider): Disclosure, Related Parties,
and Pledge – AF Gruppen ASA

Today, OBOS BBL has transferred all its shares in AF Gruppen ASA to its wholly
owned subsidiary, OBOS Aksjeinvesteringer AS. This is an internal group transfer
and does not affect the OBOS Group’s ownership or control in AF Gruppen ASA. The
transfer was made at book value, outside a regulated market.

Following the transfer, OBOS BBL no longer holds shares directly in AF Gruppen
ASA. OBOS Aksjeinvesteringer AS now holds 17,459,483 shares, representing 15.98%
of the voting share capital. The shares have been pledged as collateral for a
drawdown facility in OBOS Aksjeinvesteringer AS.

OBOS BBL and OBOS Aksjeinvesteringer AS are related parties to Marianne Gjertsen
Ebbesen, Executive Vice President of OBOS BBL and board member of AF Gruppen
ASA.
