Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Name change to Vend Marketplaces ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 7 May 2025.
The general meeting in Schibsted ASA resolved on 7 May 2025 to change the name
of the company from Schibsted ASA to Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend").

The name change has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises and the change is expected to be implemented on Euronext Oslo Børs
shortly. Following the name change, the company's A-shares will be traded under
the new ticker "VENDA" and the company's B-shares will be traded under the
ticker "VENDB".

"Vend marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. By uniting our family of
Nordic marketplaces under one name and a shared technology platform, we are
positioned to accelerate future winners, drive scalability, and clearly define
ourselves as a leading technology company," says CEO Christian Printzell
Halvorsen.
