Awilco Drilling PLC - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the depository of Awilco Drilling PLC
from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book
II section 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 29. April 2025 made the
following resolution: " The depository receipts in Awilco Drilling Plc will be
delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 2. June 2025. The last day of listing
will be 30. May 2025."
