River Tech – Publication of Year-end Report 2024 and Q1 2025 Report

The Board of Directors of RIVER TECH p.l.c. (the "Company") has published its
Year-end Report and approved the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The Annual Report shall be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the
forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Further information relating to the Annual
General Meeting will be published at a later date.

The Company has also published its Q1 2025 report which is included in the
presentation.
