ReFuels N.V. announces EGM results

ReFuels N.V. (ticker: REFL) ("ReFuels"), one of Europe's leading suppliers of
renewable biomethane (Bio-CNG) for the decarbonisation of heavy goods vehicles
listed on Euronext Growth Oslo, announces that its Extraordinary General
Meeting of shareholders (the "EGM") was held at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport
Hotel and Conference Center, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Haarlemmermeer,
the Netherlands on April 7, 2025, at 14:00 CEST.

The following resolutions were tabled at the EGM and duly passed with approval
from 100% of the votes cast:

* Agenda item (3) -- Approval of transaction with Foresight group.
* Agenda item (4) -- Approval of amendment of the articles of association.

ReFuels will now proceed to complete the transaction, as announced on March
20, 2025, with funds managed by the Foresight Group during the coming days to
create a fully integrated clean fuel company, with a further announcement to
be made before the end of April 2025 once completion has taken place.
