Sandnes, Norway, 26th March 2025:
The Board of Directors of Zaptec ASA has approved Zaptec’s Annual Report for
2024.
In 2024, Zaptec showcased resilience and innovation, reinforcing its leadership
in the European EV charging sector despite a challenging market. Key priorities
included preparing for the launch of the Zaptec Go 2, and the Zaptec Pro Mess-
und Eichrecht for the German market, both of which were rolled out in Q1 2025.
Strategic partnerships with Polestar and Spirii expanded visibility and
supported a broader rollout of charging stations. With a focus on efficiency and
cost control, Zaptec maintained solid demand for its products, even amid slower
sales. Looking ahead to 2025, Zaptec is positioned for growth, with expectations
for a rebound in the EV market, the launch of new products, and continued
expansion across Europe.
Financial highlights 2024:
• Revenue of 1267 MNOK
• Order intake 1348 MNOK
• Gross margin 39%
• Opex 436 MNOK
• EBITDA 55 MNOK
• Available liquidity 318 MNOK
The annual report for 2024 is attached (PDF and European Single Electronic
Format) and available at www.zaptec.com
