Endúr ASA – Final investment decision from Sævareid Fiskeanlegg

21 March 2025 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published
on 6 September 2024 regarding Sævareid Fiskeanlegg AS’ (“Sævareid”) award of a
significant smolt production facility contract to Artec Aqua AS (“Artec Aqua”),
a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA (“Endúr”).
 
After the successful completion of the project’s detailed design phase, Sævareid
has decided to lift its investment reservation and move forward with the
facility’s construction. As such, a positive and final investment decision
(“FID”) is now in place.
 
Artec Aqua will act as main contractor and turnkey supplier for Sævareid, with
this land-based facility being dimensioned for an annual production volume of
approximately 29 million smolt. The facility will be equipped with Artec Aqua’s
hybrid flow-through technology and the contract has an estimated value in excess
of NOK ~600 million.
 
“We have been involved in early-phase and design activities for this project for
the last 21 months, and are, naturally, very excited about the project entering
the construction phase. The project will now be included in our firm backlog in
its entirety”, says Fredrik Langehaug, General Manager of Artec Aqua.
 
Demolition and groundworks will commence in Q2 2025, with construction
activities being carried out through 2026 and 2027.
