EAM Solar AS: Supreme Court Hearing Postponed to 17 June 2025

EAM has been informed that today’s hearing in the criminal proceedings before
the Supreme Court of Cassation, criminal section, has been postponed.

Today the President of the section announced that several parties had not been
properly notified of today’s hearing date and, therefore, the hearing would be
postponed until 17 June 2025.

EAM has no further information at this time.
