Sandnes, Norway, 18 February 2025: CEO Nick Walker in Vår Energi has bought 35
000 shares in the company at a price of NOK 32.83 per share. Following the
purchase, Nick Walker holds a total of 707 327 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
