Svend Egil Larsen appointed Investment Director in Nordic Financials ASA

Nordic Financials ASA (the Company) is very pleased to announce that Svend Egil
Larsen has been appointed Investment Director in the Company. Larsen has a long
track record with financial investments both in Norway and internationally and
will strengthen the investment expertise in the Company. The appointment is
effective from 1. March 2025.

At the same time, the Company has extended the agreement with Nils Petter Skaset
as CEO, until 31. May 2025. The extension takes place without changing the terms
of his existing termination agreement.

In conclusion, the Company has entered into an agreement with Halldor Chr.
Tjoflaat. He will take over as CEO in the Company from 1. June 2025. Tjoflaat is
currently chairman of the Company.

With these changes, as well as existing employees and partners, Nordic
Financials has a strong team for further development and growth as an investment
company.
