Bergen, 31 December 2024: Skarpenord AS, a leading provider of valve remote
control systems, and Xtronica AS, a pioneer in advanced automation and
instrumentation solutions, are pleased to announce the formation of a new joint
venture in Singapore. This strategic partnership aims to leverage the strengths
of both companies to expand their product offerings and deliver innovative and
integrated solutions to the maritime and offshore industries.
The joint venture, named Skarpenord Xtronica Pte Ltd, will combine Skarpenord’s
expertise in valve control systems with Xtronica’s cutting-edge automation and
instrumentation technologies. The new entity will focus on developing advanced
control and monitoring systems that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and
reliability for clients worldwide. With a base in Singapore, the joint venture
will serve clients across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, ensuring timely
support and service.
