ECIT AS - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the B-shares of ECIT AS from trading on Euronext
Growt Oslo. Pursuant to Euronet Growth Oslo Rule Book II section 3.17.2, Oslo
Børs has on 22. November 2024 made the following resolution: " The B-shares of
ECIT AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 26. November 2024. The
last day of trading will be 25. November 2024."
