Yesterday,  Friday, September 27 at 11 a.m., Umalis Group's General Assembly took place in Paris 8th, with the presence of shareholders and their representatives. During this key meeting, all resolutions submitted for voting were unanimously approved, marking an important milestone for the group.

? An Ambitious Strategy and Promising Results

Christian Person, founder and CEO of Umalis Group, outlined the strategic plans for the future. The goal of achieving a consolidated annual revenue of 24 million euros, including Umalis Group and its subsidiary CAPE Services, is well on track. Growth prospects are further strengthened by the optimization of synergies through an exclusive partnership with a freelancing marketplace, which is already producing tangible results.

? Fruitful Synergies

The initial outcomes of the partnership with the freelancing marketplace, bizme.fr, highlight the group’s potential for innovation and growth. Umalis Group has successfully created profitable synergies with its exclusive partner, Bizme.fr. Launched in September 2022, Bizme.fr now counts 14,000 freelancers, with half operating under a salary portage system. This strategic positioning should allow Umalis Group to consolidate its leadership in the salary portage market and continue supporting independent talent and consultants.
