Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today changed the rating outlook from
"stable" to "positive" for deposit and senior unsecured debt of Sparebanken Sør.


The confirmation and change to a positive rating outlook are due to Sparebanken
Sørs announcement of its merger with Sparebanken Vest.
