Stein Bjørnstad, CEO of Hermana Holding ASA, has purchased 30,000 shares in
Hermana Holding ASA (“Hermana”) today 2 September 2024 at an average price of
NOK 2.28 per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Bjørnstad controls 75,000 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA, which equals 0.08 percent of the issued shares and votes in the
company.

Bård Olsen, CFO of Hermana Holding ASA, has purchased 30,000 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA (“Hermana”) today 2 September 2024 at an average price of NOK 2.23
per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Olsen controls 105,000 shares in Hermana Holding
ASA, which equals 0.11 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
