Golar LNG Limited - Fixed income investor meetings

Golar LNG Limited ("Golar") has mandated DNB Markets and Pareto Securities as
Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and Clarksons Securities and Fearnley
Securities as Joint Bookrunners, to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings commencing Monday 2 September 2024.

A new USD denominated 5-year senior unsecured fixed rate bond issue may follow,
subject to inter alia market conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue are to be applied for capital
expenditure and/or refinancing of debt and general corporate purposes.
