B2 Impact ASA: Fixed Income Investor Meetings

Oslo, 2 September 2024: B2 Impact ASA, rated Ba2 (Stable) / BB-(Stable) by
Moody's/S&P, has mandated DNB Markets and Nordea as Global Coordinators and
SpareBank 1 Markets as Joint Lead Manager to arrange a series of fixed income
investor meetings commencing today, 2 September 2024.

A EUR 200 million senior unsecured 4.5-year floating rate bond issue may
follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. Net proceeds from the
contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance the existing senior
unsecured bond issue due 22 September 2026 with the ticker "B2H06" (ISIN
NO0012704107).

In conjunction with the contemplated bond issue, B2 Impact will offer a
conditional buyback in B2H06. Subject to completion of the contemplated bond
issue, B2 Impact will call the remaining net outstanding amount of B2H06 in
whole on 23 September at the prevailing call price.
