Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been
notified that Helge Hoff Hansen, SVP Product Management and primary insider in
Pexip, 30 August 2024, has purchased 3,000 shares in Pexip for an average price
of NOK 35.55 per share.

After the transaction, Hansen will hold 10,000 shares and rights to 251,617
shares.
