Oslo, 27 August 2024: PetroNor E&P ASA (OSE ticker: “PNOR”) will announce its
results for the second quarter of 2024 on Friday, 30 August 2024.

The interim report and the presentation material will be published on

CET.

At 09:00 CET on the same day, CEO Jens Pace will present the results in a
