Bouvet ASA, has on the 27 August 2024, sold 29,999 shares at NOK 67.00 per
share. New holding is 110,000 shares.

Sverre Hurum is a board member in Cavarina AS. As a result of this transaction,
Sverre Hurum and direct and indirect relations hold 3,741,341 shares in Bouvet
